For those who don't know him, Neal Taslitz isn't just a designer; he's a pioneer who has spent his career fighting for a healthier and more productive workplace. As a disability law attorney and the founder of the National Repetitive Strain Injury Foundation, his life's work has been dedicated to preventing the injuries caused by poor ergonomics.

His most famous project came when basketball legend Michael Jordan suffered a back injury. Neal designed a one-of-a-kind chair, perfectly tailored to aid his recovery. Crucially, the mechanism in that chair used a similar forward-tilt to open his posture—the very same principle at the heart of our own design.
